如何取值当月最后一天 195500时的M的值？　[金字塔]

网友回复：  15分钟的K，没有能满足time=195500的K的。 15分钟最后二个K是174500，180000。也就是说只能按照K线时间取值，不能取这种和K线时间无法对齐的时间的值。
